  • The solution can be setup for your business. What it means is you can make the solution use the vocabulary you use in your business. References can be Files for Lawyers, Patient case files for doctors, Installations for maintenance businesses and so on so forth
  • Everything that happens in your business is a "Case Life Cycle". This means case can be created, assigned, followed up and completed.
  • At the source of everything lies a Contact. Some actions and attributes that each contact have are
    • Import and export of this data
    • Associate multiple addresses to a contact
    • Schedule future cases for a contact or set notifications
    • Manage references (Installations for maintenance, Apartments for property consultant, Case file for doctors and so on so forth).
  • Each case is enabled with the actions like
    • Registration of case (Phone call, Email, In person...)
    • View case history
    • Provide attachments to the case
    • Design your own form and associate it with the case (one of our favourite)
    • Exchange, provide, replace, loan any stock keeping items for the case
    • Associate contacts with the case (Could be Judge for lawyers, Doctors for laboratories...)

  • Keep inventory of things
  • Reports has been designed more as the presentation of actionable information. So when you see some information, the system will provide you with possible actions. And yes they cover almost every possible kind of information you want from the system.
