- The solution can be

vocabulary you use in your business. References can be Files for Lawyers,
Patient case files for doctors, Installations for maintenance businesses and so
on so forth
- Everything that happens in your business is a "Case Life Cycle". This means case
can be created, assigned, followed up and completed.
- At the source of everything lies a Contact. Some actions and attributes that
each contact have are
- Import and export of this data
- Associate multiple addresses to a contact
- Schedule future cases for a contact or set notifications
- Manage references (Installations for maintenance, Apartments for property
consultant, Case file for doctors and so on so forth).
- Each case is enabled with the actions like
- Registration of case (Phone call, Email, In person...)
